"We recently had a new shower installed by West Shore Home. They tore out a shower and a bathtub and replaced it with a much larger shower and a small space that we intend to use as linen closet. I would like to talk a little bit about our installer crew. Jake N. was the acting on site Foreman, Brynn, Matt, and John worked with him to complete the installation. I cannot praise them enough. They were so customer focused and dedicated to making sure that we got the shower that we had requested. They treated our home with such respect, making sure that it was clean. When you look at the videos on their website about how the job is done step by step, stage by stage making sure that everything is done correctly. The job took a little longer than expected because of a miscommunication with the salesperson for the project. When we noted the issue it was so pleasing to see how they reacted immediately. They brought a supervisor out to review the work and he made a couple of really great decisions. He stated to us don't worry we will make it right. And that is exactly what they did. Everything was done to our expectations and the resulting shower is of such high quality and the craftsmanship so solid I am sure that this shower will be a very very important selling point when we resell this house. The value of the shower the thing installed is well in keeping with the price of the work. It is a professional job and it has enhanced the value of our home. I wish we could rate this higher but I stand by everything that I've said. This is a wonderful and reliable company. They communicate well in advance of the work and follow up once the work is complete. Well done and thank you. It isn't very often that you see a company that is so willing to stand by their pledge of customer satisfaction. All I can say is they have truly proven their honesty and commitment to making sure that a customer receives exactly what they ordered."

"From day one to the installation of our walk in shower we had excellent service. TJ is excellent about keeping us updated with each step. Roberto Valadez the contractor - we can not express enough what excellent work he did. He is timely, neat and tidy, very knowledgeable regarding everything to do with the installation, excellent wood work and plumbing and i love my added bench. "My husband and I spoke with and got estimates from quite a few contractors before deciding to go with Remodel Specialists to remodel our master bath. I am thrilled with the work Remodel Specialists performed. We have an entirely new bathroom and it's just beautiful. We were involved from the beginning with choosing our materials and getting guidance from them on the design. We really appreciated that they took us step by step through the whole process. We essentially have an entirely new bathroom! We replaced the floor tile, installed a new shower and tub, added granite, installed new glass block for the window, replaced lighting, new paint and trim, new cabinetry and mirror frames. "I did a lot of research on plumbers and out of the half dozen plumbing companies with the best overall ratings TX Quality Plumbing not only the highest rating, but they were the least expensive as well.  They showed up on time and immediately got to work.  It took them about 5 hours to complete the job.  The guys were very professional and friendly.  After they inspected everything the head plumber told me that he was concerned about my pipes (galvanized and over 40 years old) and that they will eventually need to be replaced.  He was especially concerned with the piping that comes out of the water heater and if nothing else I should replace those for now.  I agreed and they came back out the next day and replaced the pipes.  So for replacing my 50 gal water heater, replacing two pipe, several feet each, running a new drain line from the attic to the outside cost me $1,600.  Even with the extra unexpected cost they still beat everyone else's price for just the water heater replacement.  They also gave me a ballpark estimation on how much it would cost me to replace all my pipes based on 3 1/2 bath house and the price they quoted me was so much less then what I was expecting based on other peoples horror stories.  I will be using them for that big job as well!!

"Shawn, with Super Floor Store, did a fantastic job of bathtub to shower conversion in two of our bathrooms. The quality of the work was over-the-top terrific. Beyond that the cost of the project was tremendous and was done well within the projected time frame. In fact we got a bid from another company that was $20K more than the Super Floor Store. We got everything we wanted and for a great price. Also, everyone involved in the project was nice and respectful. Super Floor Store also replaced the flooring in one of our bedrooms and did an equally super job."

"We hired John to remodel our kitchen (remove a center island range, installed a new range and exhaust hood on the wall, shave down the bar area to single level, removing the existing stone counters and back splash and replace both, and have a few custom cabinets built and installed). The project could have been done faster had we hired a “full crew” but we wanted to limit the number of people coming into our house during Covid. Further, John came highly recommended from a friend who commented on his attention to detail and cleanliness. Each morning, John “walled off” the area he was working on and cleaned up as he worked. There was never a huge mess (which we really appreciated ). His cost estimate was competitive and the final amount didn't change (other than a few additional requests on our end). The kitchen looks great. We'd recommend John to others."

"We had a fantastic experience working with Adrian Amezquita with Maz Contractor Services. We obtained multiple quotes for the work but they were competitive and could handle the variety of work we were looking to do. They did a complete bathroom model on both our master (new shower glass, granite counter, and a new coating of epoxy on the tub which made it look brand new) and guest (complete demo of tub/shower replaced by walk-in with ceramic tile, glass doors, and sea glass accents, new quartz countertop) bathrooms, Adrian helped with design advice and we couldn't be happier with the end product. Adrian's crew also performed interior paint in both our kitchen and master bedroom (in addition to painting both bathrooms), but probably the most impressive piece of work is the transition of a lattice door overhang in the back, they framed it in solid, shingled it, and you can't even tell it wasn't original with the house. Throughout the whole process, Adrian kept in constant communication. He would text us to let us know who was coming when and what work was expected to take place. The entire job only took about two weeks. Overall, we were very pleased and would absolutely use them again and highly recommend! Grand total at the end of the job $15,800."
