"Bryan came over to assess the project and he was very friendly and was also very knowledgable. He told me exactly what would be done and made sure to answer any questions I had. We set up a time for his tech to come complete the work. When the tech/plumber arrived the next morning he was also friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the work in about three hours (which included a brief run to the hardware store to buy parts) and made sure everything was perfect and with no leaks before leaving. In my opinion, one of the best things about this company is their desire to educate the pool owner. Both men that came to my house taught me several valuable things about keeping up my pool. As a new pool owner, I was so grateful for the tips and information. When I have something go wrong with my pool again, I will definitely be giving Norris Pools a call."

"Went great. The owner, Mr. Cruz, was terrific. Got it done for less money and in less time than anyone else I spoke with. He came the next day after I contacted. him. He had it all completed with replacement part to pump put on within the next few days; at a very reasonable price. Compare this to outfits where the repair guys work on commission (i.e., the more new equipment they can sell you, the more they make). Additionally, he repaired and replaced lighting, requiring some electrical work. In so doing, he uncovered a problem that could have been potentially dangerous that had existed for some time and was unknowingly (by us) the result of repairs performed by a prior service provider.
