"I was not happy with their determination on my heater they came by my home within a reasonable time he catched my heater they determine my motherboard went out and needed to be replaced what cost me about eight hundred dollars i asked the person to check thermostat that I put in myself to make sure I wired it correctly they said that was not the problem a month went by i decided to reset the thermostat myself I rewired it and what do you know my heater works the main motherboard did not have to be replaced next time a customer asks to check the thermostat instead of telling the customer that is gonna cost you eight hundred dollars to replace something that was not broke i'm a very dissatisfied customer "

At one point he told us we could probably go another 3-5 years with the current system, but since my dad only has so many years left we told he to go ahead and install a whole new system in. He treated us like gold and even spent the time showing my Dad all the new features with the thermostat. I would highly recommend Cody for any repairs or HVAC needs you have."

"Had maintenance contract with Absolute to service HVAC, electrical, plumbing twice a year. On recent maintenance visit A/C condensation line was found to be clogged due to "dirt getting into the system from lack of filter maintenance". Cost $329 to clean line which was not covered under contract (and seems a bit excessive!!). Was told filter replacement was not covered in maintenance contract. Seems to me that this would be a priority maintenance item! Technician comment on last visit 5 months earlier stated filter was "still clean" and not replaced. Needless to say we will be finding another company to do our maintenance from now on."
