When Jay arrived he was very personable and quite knowledgeable when it came to H/A Units. After looking at our old system he pointed out several more issues with the old system. It seems that the home owners before us just did what they had to do to sell the house. Jay explained the future problems in a way that an 81 year old man could understand. "I was not happy with their determination on my heater they came by my home within a reasonable time he catched my heater they determine my motherboard went out and needed to be replaced what cost me about eight hundred dollars i asked the person to check thermostat that I put in myself to make sure I wired it correctly they said that was not the problem a month went by i decided to reset the thermostat myself I rewired it and what do you know my heater works the main motherboard did not have to be replaced next time a customer asks to check the thermostat instead of telling the customer that is gonna cost you eight hundred dollars to replace something that was not broke i'm a very dissatisfied customer "

"My dad is elderly and needed a new HVAC system. So I decided to find a person who could install a new HVAC system and we found Cody. Cody was very friendly, honest, and communicated very well. At one point he told us we could probably go another 3-5 years with the current system, but since my dad only has so many years left we told he to go ahead and install a whole new system in. He treated us like gold and even spent the time showing my Dad all the new features with the thermostat. I would highly recommend Cody for any repairs or HVAC needs you have."

"Had maintenance contract with Absolute to service HVAC, electrical, plumbing twice a year. On recent maintenance visit A/C condensation line was found to be clogged due to "dirt getting into the system from lack of filter maintenance". Cost $329 to clean line which was not covered under contract (and seems a bit excessive!!). Was told filter replacement was not covered in maintenance contract. Seems to me that this would be a priority maintenance item! Technician comment on last visit 5 months earlier stated filter was "still clean" and not replaced. Needless to say we will be finding another company to do our maintenance from now on."
