The house was recently flipped, and his photos showed the poor quality of workmanship by the company, heat ducting smashed closed, no pads for blocking if the floor beams, a portion of the crawl space was so narrow, it would only be able to be accessed from the top side.He also provided me with a verbal ball park estamate on what it would take to correct these problems."

"We would not recommend Daniel Semeacov and Andrei Pashuk of CustomSunroom LLC. They proved themselves to be woefully incapable. We had a ridiculous number of problems dealing with them. 1. The contract ran 6.5 months late and still was not complete because they would not finish. 2. Over 75-80% of the time they were not on site to manage the project. 3. They caused so many construction errors (concrete and other structural), resulting in unwanted changes and over $10k in problems, that we went to court. The court process resulted in the court keeping us from posting a bad review and giving us 2 options; either we hold them in Contempt of Court for not following the court orders to complete the work but have to allow them fix the damage, or walk away with a small amount of money. They are such a bad company that we chose to walk away. They will never apologize, and they will blame you for their mistakes. If you want it done right, do not hire them. "

"We found a speck home being built by Baker Builders. We went under contract just in time to pick out all of the finishes. We worked primarily with Travis, who was great to work with. He communicated well on any changes, delays, or issues. At the time we were building there were several supply chain issues, so we had to make some changes along the way. Travis always provided an alternative or solution anytime we needed to make a change. The house turned out beautiful! We are very happy with our custom home."
