Andrew, their sales representative did a great job in assessing what needed to be done to redo our shower, showing us all the options and helping for us to pick a package that would work for us. When the work started, our build team was Jimmy and Jonny along with Caleb, the coordinator who ordered the supplied, hand picked the team and kept us in the loop the entire time. Jimmy and Jonny were both professional, creative and hard working. There were some challenges in both the removal and installation phases of the shower and they kept us informed, coordinating with us every step of the way. Our shower is complete and we are very satisfied with the completed project. We would recommend them to any one needing a new shower as the entire group we worked with is very, very customer in."

He took out our tub and single shower and installed 2 shower head bathroom with heated flooring, floating vanity, and another light above the shower. He is respectful of our home and a dog person for sure! He left everything nice and neat and went through thoroughly to ensure he did not leave any dust or debris past his working hours. The work Justin Gibbons and his company Carpenters Unlimited LLC provided was subpar, completed late, required many follow ups from us to get fixed, and resulted in damages.
