"The team at Pure Home Remodeling did a fantastic job. We have completed two renovations with Pure Home Remodeling and the second one was just recently. They converted our existing master suite to an additional bedroom with walk-in closets, painted the hallway with addition of crown molding and remodeled the patio. In the patio, they did all the hard-scape (fire pit/table and BBQ area). The paperwork from the estimate all the way to the finish of the work, was organized in details and they finished the entire work with a minor delay. Most of the delays happened because there were several issues with the materials that we purchased and they were not in stock. Most project issues that were raised during the work, were handled professionally by our project manager, his team and subcontractors which helped tremendously in solving them quickly and efficiently. We can't be happier with this entire experience with them and mainly with the way this remodeling came out, because we know personally about bad cases where work was not done professionally OR they were abandon in the middle. "Without warning, all toilets in the house were plugged. Needless to say, this was an emergency. Jeff Neil called immediately after we put our problem out there on Home Adviser. He came over quickly, tried to snake the lines but something was blocking. After sending a camera down the line he discovered the problem: we had a root ball in our sewage line 60' from the house. Without hesitation, Jeff Neil came up with a plan to fix it. It required digging a 6 foot deep hole 4 feet wide and 4 feet long to get at the problem area. Luckily, they were able to get the root ball out, put on a new cap, fill the hole, and re-sod the front lawn. I was totally impressed with the professionalism, confidence, and competence of these guys. And man did they work hard. Oh, and the price was less than I thought. Thanks Jeff and John for all your hard work and getting us back to normal. I'd recommend you to anyone and will call the next time we need any plumbing or heating work."
