"It went ok. Friendly tech who walked thru the house to find/count all vents & returns, see where the furnace was & then proceeded to hurry & get setup. He helped me move a piece of furniture out of his way & then got started. He didn't really offer info as to how the process worked, what he would be doing or at the end of the job offer to show me the results of the cleaning. All were disappointing to me. I suppose he thought I knew what would be happening & never offered any info ?? The tools needed for the job took up quite a bit of space & wasn't conducive to my following along behind the tech to watch what was happening, especially since the vacuum he used wouldn't fit down my basement steps & sat in the doorway. I would have liked to been given more details, been told that I would need to clean up after he left & wanted to see results of the cleaning. This is the reason for the B rating"
