Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight. We had called Frank Gay the day before and they wanted to replace the coils and made it seem like there was NO way we could just clean it and fix the problem. They wanted $2800 to fix it. "Outside unit was not working and I called this company. Come to find out there was a bad capacitor which tech was able to fix immediately. Additionally, this provider detected the contactor was dirty and it was also cleaned at a reasonable priced. Overall I will recommend this company to anyone due to professionalism, knowledge of AC issues, and reasonable prices. Services are very affordable and maintenance of all AC units were recommended and scheduled for the next 6 months.
