"Whilst the team had the best of intentions, the repair work was subpar. Considering the work that was required, the fee charged was almost entirely labor costs and the repair work, notably the sheetrock work was poor. They came out a second time to fix what had been done but that again was insufficient. They offered to come back yet again however I refused and will do the work personally to ensure it is done right. In some places, it looks worse than it did from the actual water damage. The owner or manager who I spoke to originally came across as very professional and honest however was never involved from there. When issues surfaced, both I and my wife requested his presence however that never happened, until we refused their final request to fix the work provided. One thing to be aware of, if you are needing this kind of service, to my knowledge, none of the groups you speak to will do all the work. They tend to only do the mold remediation and then contract out everything else."

They were at my house on short notice with a team of professionals. They were mindful of our furniture and belongings, and created barriers to protect the areas that had not been damaged. "Saturday July 18th Jose Garrido and his partner from ProGreen Carpet cleaned my carpets and did an amazing job. They were on time for the appointment and were very thorough in their examination and pre-treatment. In the end, the carpets, and especially the stairs were cleaner than when we moved in! They do amazing work and I highly recommend their service. I would absolutely hire them again."

I had called several companies/persons but none either responded back or showed up for their appointment. So, I was a pleasantly surprised when Kevan responded to my voicemail and showed up for the scheduled appointment. Water was leaking into my back room from underneath the deck and creating issues. Kevan came out and assessed the problem and devised a solution. Kevan & Drew showed up as assured. The process was explained every step of the way, so I had a very clear understanding of what was being done and why. Both Kevan & Drew were professional, and their work is quality work.
