"Owner was quick to respond to inquiry and could be here within a week (non-emergency cleaning). He texted when he was on his way, and he was punctual. Did a thorough walk through. I was concerned about adhesive left on the carpet from carpet protector during renovations; he used a special agitator for that and asked me several times during the cleaning if I thought it was looking better. He followed up several days later asking about the adhesive, which was very courteous! Good price, too."

"I removed all of the small furniture from the 3 rooms, hoping to allow more time and easier access for cleaning of higher traffic areas of the carpet. The provider arrived in the agreed upon window, and confirmed the price of $99 dollars for 3 rooms (I also purchased Scotch protectant for an additional $15). The provider cleaned the carpet, but the high traffic areas did not look clean. The provider explained that there was not much his process could do because “the carpet had been walked on with rubber soles”. I made clear to the provider that I was not happy with the cleaning and he did give me a 10% discount. I had the carpet cleaned a day later by another provider and I was much more satisfied. I've attached a picture showing an area of the carpet AFTER Chem-Dry of Wake County cleaned my carpet. It's a little tough to see, but I believe you can see the discoloration in front of both the closed and open door."
