"My AC stopped working last November, and since then i had 4 contractors i called to fix it, i was turned down by everyone. i called Tyndall and peter came out and talked about it with me, actually troubleshot it, and 2 days later had parts and fixed it. i would give them 6 stars if i could. im so glad to have my ac running again. my recommendation, if you want something done, call Tyndall, because the rest of the contractors seem to just say its not fixable and leave without even looking at it. these guys were the first people that listened, then looked at the unit before declining service, and then actually fixed it. 10/10 great job and thank you."

"Jim's Air Systems had the best value for my dollar. They supplied me with better equipment than they quoted for the same price. They completed the entire installation in about five hours. They protected my floors with tarps and were very careful to protect my walls as they moved equipment in and out. Josh, the son of the original Jim, was on the job working with the other two installers. They performed above my expectations. They left my home and yard as clean as if they had never been there. "Vendor was responsive in scheduling visit.  However, they did not show up until about a couple of hours beyond a 2 hour window so ended up waiting for several hours with my tenant.  Was told coupon could not be used because there was malfunction in AC (ended up using coupon at another rental).  Did not fix problem but quoted replacement unit that turned out to be quite high.  Another vendor eventually addressed the issue by cleaning the unit.

"This is a small company. The wife answers the phone and makes appointments. She was very prompt in returning my call, friendly and professional. On the day of the appointment she texted me when he was on his way so I would know when to expect him. I never know what to expect when someone shows up at my door. One time I hired someone who just stood there staring at me when I opened the door and I had to ask if he was who I assumed he was. Not Mr. Utor. He was clean and professional, introduced himself and handed me his card. He immediately picked up on my bare feet and kicked his shoes off before he stepped inside, which always makes me and my light carpet happy. The repair went smoothly, he had a well equipped vehicle and didn't have to run to the store to get parts like some of the folks I've hired. He asked me about my air filter and took a look at it just to make sure. I'm pretty good about changing it but when he pulled it out it did indeed need to be replaced. I had one on hand and he installed it for me. I didn't shop price at all so it wouldn't be right for me to comment on that other than to say that I feel that what I paid was fair. Professional, punctual, friendly, efficient, a very pleasant experience. I don't hesitate to recommend HVAC-Utor."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.
