He removed our outdated fluorescent ceiling light box and soffit and replaced them with LED recessed can lights. Viktor oversaw and coordinated the work of the countertop, shower surround, and glass door installation teams. He is tireless, meticulous, very hardworking, and detail oriented. Viktor kept the worksite very clean and he communicated very well with the city inspector. We also had very positive interactions with Julie Tumanova. "I called late in the morning and spoke to Larry.  Initially said he could come on Monday but I asked if it could be sooner (the only shower/tub for 3 people).  He said he'd be over within the hour.....and he was.  I like to use companies that are family owned because my father was a business owner.  Larry, the owner, was very nice.  Since he has dogs, he didn't mind my little dog barking at him until felt comfortable.  I appreciated that.  He checked everything thoroughly.  Replaced two Moen cartridges and also did some caulking.  This is a 40-year-old townhome that pretty much has the original stuff so I was pleased he checked everything.  Larry was easy to talk to.  Didn't rush or make me feel like he didn't do everything he could.  I just love small family-owned businesses and was very happy the work.  The price included labor and the cartridges - very reasonable!

"Beautiful work, excellent communication, transparent costs, and very respectful of home! Juan regularly checked in with me to ensure I was happy with layout design, spacing, tiling, grout, installation of fixtures, etc. throughout the process. He provided good recommendations, while also having an open ear to the home owner's wants. True to his word, there were no hidden fees. The cost for the labor was as discussed prior to the start of the job and material costs were transparent. Also true to his word, Juan demo'd old tile, prepped the shower area for new tile, re-tiled, and did finishing touches (e.g., grout, re-install fixtures, etc.) in 2.5 days straight, so you don't have to deal with long wait times between steps/work days. As an additional plus, everyone at the Juan Infantas Tile group was very respectful of the home. Everyday, they newly covered floors, and they cleaned up (e.g., vacuumed, removed floor coverings, etc.) before leaving for the day."
