They scheduled the installation well in advance so that I could plan my schedule. They came exactly on time on the appointed day. Everyone on the crew was cheerful, courteous, and knowledgeable. When it turned out that some of the materials sent from the factory had minor defects, they not only offered to replace all the defective panes but even showed me a couple of defects that I had not noticed. And they returned not once but twice to be sure that everything was perfect before they called the job complete."

They repaired the ceiling and drywall in my basement. They designed the kitchen and did all of the work themselves except for the countertops which were outsourced to a company they recommended. This project was seamless. They show up when they are supposed to, communicate well, and are very respectful to your property and clean up after themselves. They even returned after they were paid to finish something that had to be special ordered. I really can’t say enough good things about the experience.
