They used to work for a large company that our old central air condo uses but unlike THAT company, these guys are HONEST and actually do the work at a fair price! I called 8 other companies and had 2 other companies to our condo and they did absolutely nothing except charge me for work that they should have done. Chris and Steve did all the maintenance and cleaning work on 4 central air units and discovered a ticking time bomb in the master bedroom right over hubby's work closet. The overflow sensor was not working, and the pan was full to the lip and would have ruined everything in the closet and the teak floors below. These guys will be back on a regular basis with us and hopefully our condo association will be open to spreading the word amongst the residents who are getting ripped off by the other companies who are often here."

To find someone that calls back on Oahu is one thing, but to find someone who will drive across some of the country's worst traffic three days in a row to repair obsolete equipment after finding all three replacement boards for my split AC, while troubleshooting one after the next until it is all singing cool air in here? Simply the best service we've had after years of remodels and maintenance work in the property management business. No tricks, just straight awesome technical work, and honest communications. If the rating is not 5.0, then they are writing about the wrong business here. We even got a bad replacement board, and Tino worked right through the aggravation, and would not quit. Tip Tino more than 15%! We were leaving town to work out of state, and the turnaround was simply answers to prayers here.
