"When American Jewel installed the door I gave them A grades as I thought they did an excellent job.  But after using the door for a few weeks I noticed the dead bolt didn't close completely, but only about 2/3, and also noticed the screen door was no longer aligned properly, so although it closed and looked right, the door was slightly off and it would no longer lock.  I called American Jewel and they scheduled the installer to return and make the minor corrections.  The installer did not show up.  When I called American Jewel again, they did not return my calls. I complained to Angie's List, and via their complaint resolution process American Jewel contacted me.  They were very apologetic and attributed it to a mix up, accepted responsibility and sent the installer to my home to make the minor corrections.  I would use American Jewel again, despite this hiccup, as my wife and I like the door they installed, feel we received excellent value, and ultimately American Jewel followed through on the minor problems I described and corrected them all."

"It all went very well. He arrived on time and thoroughly examined the already installed door, asked questions about the light that was installed and then went to work. He completed the work in just the right amount of time (not too slow not too quickly). He was a very pleasant individual and good at what he does."

The craftsmanship of the carpentry is excellent. I've even decided to use a clearcoat on the woodwork, instead of the usual white paint around the window. It looks amazing! My interior door is white on the inside, but those who see my house are welcomed by a beautiful country blue door on the outside, along with my new high quality storm door. The "Rain" design of the glass in the door is mesmerizing in the sunlight. As the most honest person some people might ever care to meet, you can trust me. Green Eco's products might seem a bit pricey compared to others you might contact, but the difference in the end result is well worth it. Yes, I have a monthly payment plan, buy this bill I can pay with a smile. The total cost of my happiness is about half of what I was quoted for only a "good" bow window within the last 15 years. "Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

Although we were told the installation was scheduled for two days, the four man crew that arrived was able to finish in a single day! Each window was installed with the same consistency in quality and efficiency. Furthermore, the crew did an excellent job protecting our floors and furnishings in every room. When it comes to evaluating the installation crew, we couldn't be happier. Regarding price, we probably paid more than we should, but that's on us. We advise getting several other quotes first and then get Castle's quote. This will definitely help in your negotiating. "After gutting the bathroom and removing all of the old stuff he insulated the walls, hung new sheet rock & painted it, added new door & window trim, installed an exhaust fan, new lighting, vanity, toilet, etc.  We did away with the old tub and had him put in a new shower, which is beautifully tiled and has a nice sliding glass door.  He also tiled the floor, which looks great.  He does great tile work!  Kenny was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole job.  We did have a few delays, but that was due to the suppliers (Weinstein Supply & H. Winter Tile) getting things in on time and not due to Kenny.  Kenny was always very punctual and showed up when he said he would (ready to start sharp at 8 AM each day).  He did lose his one employee near the end of the job, but these things happen and Kenny made up for it and completed the job within our expectations.
