The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

We had at least six estimates for waterproofing our basement and although not nearly the cheapest, we were impressed by the presentation and the personnel and low key sales approach. The work was done last week and again we were impressed with the crew doing the work, the care given to hold down the dust created, the quality of the materials used, and the willingness of the crew to keep us apprised of the job as it progressed. were having in our basement.  We found the inspector, Barry, to be very

knowledgeable and very thorough in his inspection.  He explained everything

to us and answered all of our question, which we had many.  At the end of

the inspection we all sat down and went over our goals and expectations.  We settled on the

Ameri-Dry drain system and found the price to be fair.  The full warranty

was the clincher for us.  They installed the system in less than a week and

I must say the men were very courteous.  They worked very hard and finished

the job in under four days.  The foreman, Barry, ran his crew very efficiently.

Everyone had their job and they performed them to my full satisfaction.

Even though we had dust they cleaned up nicely. I highly recommend Ameri-Dry
