He adjusted the settings and said the unit was working like a champ. In this day and time it is rare to have someone not give you a long story of what they found and how much it was going to take to correct. "In the end, not well. We needed a leaking gutter seam fixed at our vacation house because it was dripping on our deck and ruining our stain. Higher Ground came out and made a repair in June 2022, which supposedly fixed the leak. We then arranged to have our deck restained. Since this is a vacation house, we weren't able to go back to the house until August 2022. At that point we discovered that the seam was still leaking onto our newly restained deck. We contacted Higher Ground via email and phone to try to get them to come out and finish the fix. They were not very responsive and got a little nasty about only allowing 10 days for "quality control issues" on their work, even after I explained that we are not down at the house full time to be able to see that it wasn't really fixed. So they refused to make good on their work. From my perspective, I paid for a leak repair and did not get a leak repair."
