"Showtime installed my theater over 15 years ago and did a great job. Since then I have done a couple upgrades with them including an upgrade to a laser projector and 4k HDR system that is absolutely amazing. Great Service. John McEntee Fullerton California"

"Quick and easy, installer was super friendly!"

"I called and got an appointment right away. Hugo and his helper arrived on time and went right to work. They were both very pleasant. What I needed was very self explanatory. They moved any breakables and put down work clothes. It took them awhile to mount the TV and run all of the cables into the wall behind the TV and then back out and into the cabinet below. They asked if I wanted an IR remote that would control everything, and would allow me to put all of the equipment in the cabinet and control everything with the cabinet doors closed. It was an additional cost of $335.00 when you included the remote and the IR eye to which all of the equipment had to be connected. After thinking it over, I decided I should spend the money to do everything "right." When they were done everything was clean and looked great. I used the remote to change the volume on the surround sound and everything seemed good. However, within 15 minutes of Hugo's departure, when I used the remote to change between satellite, Apple TV, Amazon, etc. the remote would not work without the cabinet doors open, which rather defeated the purpose of my buying the expensive remote and IR eye. I called and texted Hugo, but he did not respond. I then sent a texted to Shawn, who I believe is the owner, within 30 minutes he was at my house. I showed him my dilemma and he went to work on the problem. It took him about an hour, but when he got me so that I could fully test the remote, everything worked perfectly. Everything still works great and despite what seems like a lot of money, I'm glad that I got it done. I can now adjust the TV to avoid all glare anytime of the day or night. The the workmanship was very professional. The mount and cable covers (2) on the wall look great. (You don't really see them, unless you look.) I would hire them again. (But, I would do a more thorough test of the system this time before letting them go.)"

"The work Luis and Jose did was exceptional. They arrived ahead of schedule. They were both professional and personable. They made sure everything was done correctly and did not rush. It was a difficult job installing a home theater system in a room were you couldn't route wires in the ceiling or under the floor the whole way, so they got creative. They removed the baseboard, carved space into the walls for the wires and then replaced the baseboards. That is something I never would have thought to do. I was very impressed and will definitely recommend New Wave Home Audio to others, and the next time I will ask for Luis and Jose again."

"They were great! They helped organize my wires and ran everything behind the wall to give clean look. They even helped me hang my surround sound speakers for no extra charge. Would highly recommend them! This was a few years ago, but I had such a positive experience that I just logged in to Home Advisor for the first time in years to get their contact info. I'm moving and definitely want to use them again."

"Worked, tech couldn’t get remote to work. I believe this was supposed to be included"

"The service was excellent and i would recommend them to anyone looking for a Geek.  I feel much safer now with data backup and better wiring.  I will do business again with you Geek Choice.  Steve"
