"Perfectly. They cleaned everything up, explained how the system worked and how often it needs attention, and hauled away the old hot water heater. They arrived on time, worked steadily, and finished before dinner time."

"Kayvan was a wonderful service tech! He was on time and professionally checked out the water heater and the HVAC system. He was so polite and friendly. He explained the need for a new filter in the heating unit and showed me photos of the unit located in the attic. He also offered to do a friendly deed for free, which I greatly appreciated, He’s a great asset to Service Champions!"

"The plumber was extremely helpful, right on time, and went above and beyond to help me."

"I Called to get an in person quote for a tankless water heater flush and left this job with a whole house filter and a fridge connection. When Michael first arrived we inspected the tankless unit and tested the water to conclude flushing was not my best option. He then walked me through my options for home filters and we decided on a Halo system. Michael was very well educated on the subject and gave me the best value filter for my needs. He installed the unit the next day in less than a few hours and left me with a flawless work of art. I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism he brings to this trade! I also requested to hook up a fridge and he did that in what seemed like 30 minutes. He will be the only plumber I call from now on!! Thank you Michael!!!"

"Alex and Mauricio were on time, very polite and professional and did a fantastic job installing a tankless water heater. The service was excellent and I will certainly hire them again !"

"They did a nice job and very fair on cost. I replaced a hot water heater so not the most complex job, but I recommend them."

"Quick to respond, great job on the water heater install, awesome techs. Was a bit more costly than I would have hoped."

"Wes came out to look at a water heater issue my mom was having. He took the time to explain what the issue was, offered options, and ultimately replaced the water heater and some of the old piping around it that needed it. Never had a problem since. After that, we also hired Wes for other pipe replacement in the garage and in the laundry area. Again, haven’t had an issue since. He is a professional and I appreciate trusting that the job is done right and not being gauged for it. I would absolutely recommend Rapid Rescue Rooter & Plumbing."

We truly appreciate having someone reliable we can count on for our properties. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dependable and experienced plumber. Five stars all the way."
