"This was my first time working with this company, it was a good experience, and the job was an easy fix.  The remote control on our gas fireplace was not working, so -horror of horrors- we had to actually get up and go over to the fireplace to turn it on and off;-)  <br /> When I called to ask for service, I explained the issue and the gal explained that their service appointments were running about 2 weeks out...yikes!  Well, it's the beginning of the heating season, and it was not anywhere near an emergency, so I set up an appointment. Chris showed up 5-10 minutes early, and was very professional.  He quickly diagnosed the problem-said the receiver on the remote had gone bad- and he went to see if he had a new one in his van.  He did (yay).  He installed that, I paid him and the remote now works like a charm.  <br /> I thought about giving a B for price because $89.00 for a half hour service call...ouch.  But I decided against it because I know 1/2 hour on my end doesn't take into consideration any of their operating costs. <br />"

Brad talked to my husband about what was happening, and then advised him as to what parts needed to be purchased, and the best place to purchase them. He said installation should be pretty easy, but that he'd be happy to come out on a service call if needed. My husband went to the recommended store, bought the parts, and installed them in about 10 minutes. In fact, the people at the store said good things about Christensen, too. The parts fixed our problem! If we need a plumber in the future, we'll be sure to call them!"

"Mr. Nash is a family owned business that operates according to principles that are reflective of that. I used Mr. Nash a couple of times 2 or 3 years ago to keep my old oil furnace running and was completely satisfied. When I decided to install a new gas furnace and central air, they were the first company I called. My intention was to get at least two estimates, but the one I got from Rich, one of their employees, was so thorough and so fair that I didn't call anyone else. Rich is not only a great guy, he is completely trustworthy - we gave him a key to our house and the code to our alarm system, and he did the work while we were out of town. He took out the old furnace, installed the new one, installed the air conditioning unit, put in some new duct work, cleaned everything up and hauled out the old furnace, and did an excellent job on everything. He guarantees every aspect of his work, which was outstanding, and he came back a couple of times to make adjustments to the air conditioning, etc. Everyone at Mr. Nash is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Phyllis, who runs the office, is great. Andy, the son of the owner, has all of the expertise one could ask for, and he came out with Rich to make certain that all the setting on both units were exactly right. Their customer service as well as their integrity cannot be over-stated."
