"Last Thursday my water heater started to leak so it needed to be replaced. On Friday I searched for plumbers in my area on Angi. Alex, the owner of New Moon Handyman and Plumbing, contacted me the next day. He installed my new water heater on Monday. In addition to being prompt, Alex offered me a bid that other larger companies would likely not have been able to match. In my conversations with Alex it became obvious to me that he is a person of integrity. I highly recommend New Moon Handyman and Plumbing to anyone in need of such services."

"Our new water heater was installed quickly, and it seems to be working. However, we are still waiting for the rebate form we were promised by the consultant. Also, the water heater itself is less than satisfactory. The temperature varies wildly, so taking a shower is an adventure."

"I first Met Robert when he installed my water heater that I purchased from local hardware store, the local plumbers only wanted to sell me all kinds of stuff and rack up a huge Bill. I had home install my water heater and expansion tank and service price everything was great saving me money and time. I was so grateful for the experience that I sent all my other plumbing work, kitchen renovation, bathroom fixtures, new shower install, fridge water line, and gas pipe installation for new stove. All the work was done to my standard and I could not be more pleased If I had more work to do he's the guy I call."

"They didn't give me the option to just replace the faucet and cartridges. Their estimate ended up being $1600 which included the stopper, p-trap, and a faucet that was more quality and that could only be serviced by plumbers. I ended up going with another plumber who installed a faucet I supplied for $275. They were doing what I asked of them but I just wish they gave me the option to replace the faucet and cartridge without removing the whole sink from the wall which the other plumber did. Because of that I will not call them again."

"Other companies can and do replace duct connectors. Danika does not so now I cannot use my water heater nor heater. NOT their fault but Harts stated they do replace ducts. Why not go with one stop stopping. Danika said they would talk to a supervisor and get back to me. No response. Installation day I had to call when the installer wasn?t on site and was 2 hours late. Overall meh, I would recommend them."
