In the last couple years, Leo has primarily been providing the service and does a really thorough job explaining any needed fixes. That has included an algae pad to help with the system’s water flow. "It was over 90 degrees outside and the A/C was not blowing cold air. I called and explained it was for my 85 year old mother who was in home Hospice with end stage Parkinson's. I was worried she may get a heat stroke. They scheduled a service tech to visit in a timely manner. The service tech called an hour before the scheduled appointment to let me know he was on his way. Mark (service tech) was very professional and friendly. He not only got the A/C compressor to work but checked the Freon pressure and went in the basement to inspect the remainder of the equipment. He explained what might need replacing in the near future. Now I am not worried about my mother getting heat. I highly recommend this company for any heating and cooling repairs."

"I put out a request late Saturday afternoon for a quote on a repair for my AC unit. At about 4:30 I got a call from Joel at Just Be Cool . He said he could be over to take a look around 5:30-6:00. "Eric and Josue came out the same day to diagnose the my central AC. They explained what had failed, what needed to be done and how much the repair would cost. A couplle of parts were necessary and Josue rea[laced the parts and cleaned the outdoor unit. He took pictures of the unit and the parts replaced. AC works great! Josue and Eric are very professional. THey even watched out for the house cats so the cats wouldn't get outside. Repairs completed at the price quoted. I am very impressed with Service All-Stars and its employees."
