"The main board seemed to be slightly faulty but no replacement boards were available for an approx. 13 year old opener. We ended up having to get a new one installed. The technician Erick was definitely expert and tried hard to get the one we had to work but it was a tricky case as my engineer husband fully agreed. Partial failures are the worst. After all root causes were eliminated, we ended up having to get a new opener and it was installed very quickly and competently. Works great and we're super happy. We were impressed with Erick's technical competence, professionalism and persistence in trying to keep it a service issue as we'd requested vs a whole new install. I would definitely use them again as my parents have also used Precision in Texas to service their garage door opener. Great products and service in both states.
