"After this company replaced a broken spring, they physically damaged my garage door opener, specifically the open limit set screw mechanism. The door was left inoperable. They also left without telling me, with the garage doors open and unsecured. They seemed incompetent throughout the process, even having to borrow my screwdrivers because they didn't have their own tools. To make matters worse, they told my property manager that the opener was "broken and not fixable," trying to scam us into buying a full replacement. There was nothing wrong with it before they came, and my two teenage sons were able to repair the damage they caused in about an hour. Their employees are not only negligent and unskilled, but they are also dishonest. I would not recommend them."
