"Teckrom is the best! My dryer failed and they scheduled Joseph, he arrived on time, masked. He diagnosed and had to order a part. Once it came, he was promptly back. Unfortunately, it didn't solve the problem. He did a thorough diagnostic on the electronics. Then he came back with Cristian and they worked on it together and checked every single possibility. They never gave up on the challenge! They kept at it until the dryer was fixed. Then when I gave Cristian a check for the repair, he said he'd not cash it for a few days to make certain the dryer worked. A couple of days later he texted to make sure all was well. I'd recommend them highly."

"I called Blue Orca Appliance Repair because my LG gas dryer was not heating. Artem, the technician, arrived on time as promised. He explained that he would look at my dryer and then diagnose the problem. After determining what the problem was he quoted me the price for labor and parts. He replaced my faulty thermostats and completely vacuumed and cleaned out the interior of the dryer before re-installing the drum and putting everything back together.
