"Called Plumbing Plus because I've used them before and trusted them too. Scheduled a Saturday appointment for estimate on the work. Scott arrived during the scheduled time frame and went through the work to be done. Estimate was e-mailed a few days later.

The above work was performed about a week later. All the items were installed in about 4 hours. Very happy with the new water heater/tank and even have better water pressure than before. The replacement of the main shut off valve looks great and is copper, so don't have to worry about rust in the future. The toilet was installed and works great. They even hauled away the old toilet which was appreciated.

Overall I'm very happy with the work done by Plumbing plus and will most definitely call them for future plumbing issues."

"We had a hot spot on the floor and a high gas bill last month leading us to suspect a slab leak. We called several plumbing services and Personal Plumbing was able to come out the next day with their own slab leak tech. The techs were on time and took about three hours to find the leak and reroute and place pipe to repair. They were able to avoid more holes in the drywall by placing the pipe on the exterior garage side, extending us savings. They also showed great integrity by letting us know that any repair would also have to replace factory pressure valve that was no longer working (putting pressure on our system). We will definitely keep them in mind for any other plumbing work we need done!"

"ARS was among the first to reply to my weekend request on an online home repair referral site for help with a broken sump pump at my home. I was a little nervous about using them as I'd had an experience about 20 years ago where I was surprised with a seemingly very high bill for replacing a water heater. But, they far exceeded every expectation this time. The pump works perfectly. The work area was spic and span when he finished. His communication with me about progress on the project was outstanding. Thanks, Wesley.
