They were extremely prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. They put alot of time, effort, and thought into isolating the leak, then came back to run a bypass around it with no impact on our brand new floors. Total cost was $2600 - a small fraction of what ARS was going to gouge us for."

"Terrible. Brand new unit not even year old was blowing hot air. We have contract for 10 yrs services, labor and parts. Tech that came out was chit chatting with my wife about personal life instead of getting work done. We were also charged for them coming out on top of still paying for a supposed new unit not even a year old. If I knew this is how they are then I would not have chose them to buy a new unit from. Bad business my grandfather would say. Would not recommend this company to anybody."
