When work started we had to pay a bit more for additional thinset to even out the concrete floor height (there was sort of a hump in middle of room). Normal hiccups of any job and within planned budget. Took less than a week and he did a good job cleaning up after completion. Results were beautiful and well worth the cost to us. We also have a small number of spare tiles to repair minor future damage."
