This was our first experience working with Sam, and he was just as fantastic. They are honest, professional, kind, and empathetic. Due to the age of our house and recurring plumbing issues, we decided to do a re-pipe. We have a 4 bedroom / 2 bath house, and they completed the re-pipe in a single day. "Bill McIntosh and Larry came out for a second opinion on my AC repair. They were very professional and completed the needed repair. They were honest in telling me that I would probably need to replace the entire unit sometime soon, but did not push to have it done right now. They replaced only what was necessary, and saved me $800 from what the 1st company was going to charge me! He showed me which filters to purchase and the recommended replacement time frames.
