Right from speaking with him on the phone, he was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable in his craft. You would think that companies would offer you their premium package right from the beginning but not Daniel. Instead, he asked what I was looking for and took the time and effort to send me multiple filtering systems (including Amazon choices) to choose from. This gesture tells you that he is looking for the customer's best interest at hand which is outstanding. Once I selected my choice, he thoroughly explained the contract and servicing process as well as answered all the questions I had. No big complicated words or complex contracts to decipher but simple and easy was the way Daniel pitched it. All in all, Western Rooter needs to hire more professional, knowledgeable, and charismatic people like him as he is a prime example of excellent customer service. "I turned to Angi's List for a 2nd quote on my water heater replacement after reading the reviews on the company my home warranty sent out. Carter came on time, explained the estimate to me for a Bradford-White double insulated 40 gal water heater and installed the same day. The estimate was slightly under the other company and I was able to get a $650 buy-out from my home warranty to put towards it. This was 3 months ago and I'm just getting around to the review. These guys know what they're doing and are very professional. Highly recommend!"

They were able to perform maintenance on most bathrooms the same day and improve the water temperature in our showers. Gave helpful, non-biased advice on potential further plumbing improvements. "I have 3 Kohler Rialto one piece toilets that are very difficult to repair.  The toilet seats attachment connections are not accessible so you have to remove anchors from the top and then insert and attach new anchors.  I replaced the seats on a couple of them myself and it was an incredibly difficult process of trying to drill or break out the old anchors.  Adding the new ones seems easy.  Unfortunately if you tighten the new anchor too much it can expand and crack the toilet.  Which I did.
So now I had to replace one of the toilets.
I contacted Albano's and explained that I needed to have the toilet replaced in the next two days because my wife was returning from a trip and would be very unhappy that I destroyed one of our toilets while she was gone.
They sent Eric out within 30 minutes with the new toilet, at less than it cost from Home Depot, and he completely removed and replaced the toilet perfectly.
These are expensive toilets.  However, they told me up front what it would cost including service and they did exactly what they said for exactly the price they told me.  No shenanigans.
Eric was extremely helpful and professional.  I will definitely use them again if I need any plumbing done.

"I Called to get an in person quote for a tankless water heater flush and left this job with a whole house filter and a fridge connection. When Michael first arrived we inspected the tankless unit and tested the water to conclude flushing was not my best option. He then walked me through my options for home filters and we decided on a Halo system. Michael was very well educated on the subject and gave me the best value filter for my needs. He installed the unit the next day in less than a few hours and left me with a flawless work of art. I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism he brings to this trade! "As expected, I got bombarded with several texts/calls/Angi messages as soon as I requested a Water Heater replacement. I waited for a human to leave a message instead of automated systems, which was Paul at Complete Plumbing located in Claremont. Same day replacement, haul away, and install of a 40 Gal. Bradford White was $1595 (2 year labor water, 6 year manufacturer warranty). Michael did the installation and had a delay from the first job, but Paul kept updating status and the install time wasn't much later than the original estimate. Michael answered all my questions and concerns."

"I had a break in my water main, leaking about a half-gallon per minute (720 gallons/day). By the time the water company inspector left, it was almost noon and I still had to find a plumber. Do It Right Plumbers scheduled me for immediate service, and Dakota was at my home that same afternoon. He restored the water service to my home, while bypassing the water main. This stopped the leak and allowed me and my family to go on with our day as if there was no water main problem. He explained my options and gave me exact prices. A lot of digging was needed, there were complications, and extra labor and hours were needed because the burst pipe was underneath the sidewalk. All of the dirt was shoveled on to protective tarps. When the water needed to be shut off, the down times were really brief. When everything was done, Dakota had not only replaced the water main, but also the water pressure regulator, the hose faucet, and all of the connections and valves. Then he replaced all of the dirt, re-planted the shrubs that had been removed during the job, and left the area looking as if nothing had happened. As for the final price, it was very fair, and exactly as he had quoted---not a penny more! I had a water main break before, and I remember how disruptive, expensive and stressful the last job was. Dakota really took a lot of the pain out of this latest ordeal. As hard as Dakota worked on the job, he worked equally hard to make this job as easy on me and my family as possible. If any future plumbing needs arise, I will be calling Do It Right Plumbers."
