"The gas pipe repair was overpriced 770 in my opinion although it was completed without the need to follow up within the day and they did show up as they promised. The leaking riser section pipe was underground only 6 inches and the entire excavation was about 18 in long x 6 in wide x 8 in deep approx, done by hand tool. He spent more time trying to upsell me a full length underground pipe replacement and trenching than talking about the repair at hand. When I toyed with the idea of a new line above ground without the excavation cost, he described the most absurd design of mounting the new line 3 feet off the ground to show me how ugly and indicated that is the regulation, which is not true. The line and certainly touch ground."

Rooter companies who came out and  unclogged the drains  but that did not last long.  Bob & Marc's sent out a rep the same day and explained what the problem was, gave us a price and then followed through and completed the work. Pipes were relined and replaced with little disturbance to our landscaping. All work was completed within the quoted time period. The staff was professional and quite pleasant to work with. They took time to explain what they were doing each day.    It has been about two months since the work was done and we have had no further problems with our drains. "The recessed lighting were installed with no problem. I was not sure what my options were for the recessed lighting, so it was nice that Scott went with to local hardware store to pick out the right options. 
The remote replacement for master bedroom ceiling fan is a different story.  The first unit replaced was dead on arrival - the light turned on but the fan will not work. So I got a new unit to replace and Scott returned the next day to replace.  It worked initially, but later the light or fan or both would turn on randomly.  So  let Scott know, he returned again to find out that we need to reset a code in the system and thought that fixed the issue.  The very next day it did the same thing, and let Scott  know and he didn't know what is a causing the light or fan to turn on randomly.  So, now I live with a ghost in the machine - now I have to turn off the main switch on the remote on the wall every time and every time I leave.

"Talked to Kevin, the owner who answered the question if a water expansion tank needs to be pressurized prior to installation (Yes, at least to the incoming line pressure, 2 other plumbers said No, that tanks are already pre-pressurized)..He got the job. Sara did a nice quote on the price. They sent Ryan to do the install along with the team changing all the angle stops on my fixtures (I and them were able to twist the handles off the existing "home depot valves" in a home 12 yrs old. They also replace with a much heavier duty, Wolverine Brass quarter turn valve. These guys used booties in the home....nice. I was shown the hard water deposit and decided to add a Halo5 system. Ryan did a really clean install, that required pipes entering one side of the garage and the tank being placed on the other corner, for best placement and drain. He spent time aligning the pipes, added a door panel where the garage wall was cut for pipe splicing and even spray painted the copper pipes...to not look obvious....talk about going the extra distance."
