"It went well. They responded promptly to my request for service. Initial inspection of the attic, they believed we had squirrels and a huge birds' nest. They then closed/screened off all entry points. However, once I reported actually seeing a raccoon in the yard, they put out traps and a camera. The raccoon avoided the traps but Mike's Pest Control was persistent, regularly checking the traps and trying different baits. They didn't stop their attempts until the raccoon was caught. If I have any other incidents like this one, I will use them again."

"Type of construction Basement with termite damage. Inspections statement findings: Terminate Damage and Front Door Foyer. I called to schedule an estimate for termites' inspection with Lambright Pest Control on Tuesday, September 29, 2020. The receptionist answered the call and took my information, and scheduled my appointment at my convenience time for October 3, 2020, between 9:00 am, and 11:00 am. The receptionist that took the work was the most polite behavior, excellent manners, courtesy, and helpful. She allowed me to ask a couple of questions. It was a great relief to know that my call was being handled professionally by the well-qualified receptionist. Right up front, I was impressed. On the day of the inspection (Thursday, October 1, 2020), I received a telephone call from the receptionist who asked if it could be possible for Mr. Tyrone Lambright Sr. to come earlier due to a previous appointment rescheduled. Of course, I said yes. Upon his arrival, he introduced himself and showed me his credentials, and he was wearing masks, gloves, and practicing everyday preventive actions. My husband showed him the area at the door entrance, where we discovered the problem. (First, find was mud dauber tube coming from the wood border in the foyer baseboard. We removed part of the frame, and there is where we saw Eastern Subterranean Termites. Mr. Lambright immediately determined that the inset were termites. Mr. Lambright inspector looks at the interior and exterior area of my home, checking for visible signs of a termite infestation, which include: droppings, broken wings, mud tubes, and damaged wood. He checked the baseboards, walls, windows, crawl space, and door frames. He quickly assessed the problem and identified where the damage started. He did not have to check the cabinets and closets. The task is to install foam in the wall in the foyer area where noticeable termites were located. Treat product on the outside of rodding sol next to foundation walls. Drill concrete slabs are abutting foundation (walls, porches, steps), repair holes. Long Rod (LR) dirt-filled porches. The Inspector, Mr. Wayne, arrived as scheduled and performed the above task as indicated by Mr. Lambright. As to date, October 9, 2020, we seem to not any more problems."
