"We recently had a new shower installed by West Shore Home. They tore out a shower and a bathtub and replaced it with a much larger shower and a small space that we intend to use as linen closet. I would like to talk a little bit about our installer crew. Jake N. was the acting on site Foreman, Brynn, Matt, and John worked with him to complete the installation. I cannot praise them enough. They were so customer focused and dedicated to making sure that we got the shower that we had requested. They treated our home with such respect, making sure that it was clean. When you look at the videos on their website about how the job is done step by step, stage by stage making sure that everything is done correctly. The job took a little longer than expected because of a miscommunication with the salesperson for the project. When we noted the issue it was so pleasing to see how they reacted immediately. They brought a supervisor out to review the work and he made a couple of really great decisions. He stated to us don't worry we will make it right. And that is exactly what they did. Everything was done to our expectations and the resulting shower is of such high quality and the craftsmanship so solid I am sure that this shower will be a very very important selling point when we resell this house. The value of the shower the thing installed is well in keeping with the price of the work. It is a professional job and it has enhanced the value of our home. I wish we could rate this higher but I stand by everything that I've said. This is a wonderful and reliable company. They communicate well in advance of the work and follow up once the work is complete. Well done and thank you. It isn't very often that you see a company that is so willing to stand by their pledge of customer satisfaction. All I can say is they have truly proven their honesty and commitment to making sure that a customer receives exactly what they ordered."

"Excellent! - The project manager Zach and Ellie are very professional, nice and easy to work with. - The quotes are detailed and when we added things on (fixing a squeaky floor, replacing the ladder to our attic) they provided an estimate upfront. - The price was very reasonable and the quality was very high. - We had some unexpected plumbing issues when we opened up the walls and the plumber and Zach were able to come up with a very good solution. - The tiling team was outstanding - they were careful about centering the pattern on the shower benches and nooks. - The also had to move an AC vent and sheetrock over an old doorway. "We worked with Adrian (owner of MAZ Contractor Services) on bathroom remodeling for both the master bath and guest bathroom. Both of the bathrooms were old and dated. It was a gut job and total renovation for the big bathroom, converting tub/shower combo to a walk-in shower. The second bathroom was remodeled on a budget (new granite countertop, new paint, new LVP flooring, new epoxy paint for the bathroom wall tile, new LED ceiling light). The final results from both bathrooms were BEAUTIFUL! They look high class with high quality finishes, great design and color scheme. We are very happy and satisfied with the remodeling and the price. These are the things that set Adrian and his company/crew apart from other construction groups out there: 1) Once they start the work, they come every day to work on it. If there is a waiting time (for custom countertop or seamless glass installation), they let us know clearly when and why. 2) Their work is high quality! The tile installation is extremely well done (my dad used to work in tiles so I know). And everything else is done at a high standard. 3) Adrian is on top of the project, organized, is great with communications. We felt very comfortable discussing design options with him and changes during the project. 4) Adrian and his crew kept the mess to a minimum during construction and were timely when they showed up for work. 5) Adrian and his crew can do other renovation or home improvement projects, so we asked them to do exterior repairs and painting. The house looks brand new outside! 6) Adrian is transparent about his prices. The estimate was reasonable, and as we kept adding more things to the project, the additional cost was reasonable. We finished 2 bathrooms remodeling and a complete exterior update seamlessly with Adrian and his crew. No delays, no drama, no hidden costs, no communication issues, no headaches. We know we found a trustworthy contractor in Adrian and his group. And we will use their services again in the future! We give him our highest recommendation!"

"A step n'shower was installed in one 12 hour day. Installers were professional, worked to remove tub and then install an excellent step-in shower. Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work. The slight problem was not due to their installment and they advised me as to the next step. I am thoroughly satisfied."

"I did a lot of research on plumbers and out of the half dozen plumbing companies with the best overall ratings TX Quality Plumbing not only the highest rating, but they were the least expensive as well.  They showed up on time and immediately got to work.  It took them about 5 hours to complete the job.  The guys were very professional and friendly.  After they inspected everything the head plumber told me that he was concerned about my pipes (galvanized and over 40 years old) and that they will eventually need to be replaced.  He was especially concerned with the piping that comes out of the water heater and if nothing else I should replace those for now.  I agreed and they came back out the next day and replaced the pipes.  So for replacing my 50 gal water heater, replacing two pipe, several feet each, running a new drain line from the attic to the outside cost me $1,600.  Even with the extra unexpected cost they still beat everyone else's price for just the water heater replacement.  They also gave me a ballpark estimation on how much it would cost me to replace all my pipes based on 3 1/2 bath house and the price they quoted me was so much less then what I was expecting based on other peoples horror stories.  I will be using them for that big job as well!! <br />"
