"Called office to get on schedule and was able to get appointment same day. Office staff was lovely over the phone. Plumber arrived and assessed my kitchen drain line issue. Clarified all my questions and was able to come back the next day for the repair. Would call again for any plumbing issues."

"Ryan was perfectly on-time and was a plumbing scholar and a gentleman. We had a simple drain replacement under a new sink. Going to Western saved me at least another day of trying to figure out proper parts and doing the install myself, and it also saved my wife's ears from hearing my salty language."

"So cal 1 plumbing did a great job replacing my main sewer line. Very professional and very efficient. I would highly recommend SoCal plumbing 1."

"When Jose came over, I thought I was dealing with a simple clogged tub. But after a thorough inspection — including camera footage and detailed explanations — he showed me the real issue: severely rusted and narrowed pipes, blocked over time by calcium and debris. It was far more serious than I expected, and honestly, something I couldn’t afford to fully replace, because 2 of my family members passed and I was financially depleted. But here’s the part that makes Jose so special: he approached the situation with genuine compassion, patience, and care. He didn’t just see a job — he saw a person who was struggling, and he went above and beyond to help me in a way that was fair and kind. His empathy truly moved me. If you need a plumber who is not only skilled and professional but also deeply human — someone who shows up when you feel like no one else will — I wholeheartedly recommend Jose. He is reliable, honest, and the kind of person you’ll be grateful to have in your corner."

"THEY'RE PROMPT AND THEY'LL COME AS SOON AS THEY CAN. THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO BE ABLE TO FIND AND FIX WHATEVER THE PROBLEM IS."

"Truly amazing and reasonable. The company was prompt. The plumber was positive thinking, friendly, knowledgeable, clean, and truly incredible. He went on the roof and got more than one line. He also was able to devise a way to open the drain outside the sink and put it out. The drains are working better than they have in years. It seems almost miraculous that water from the dishwasher is draining again as a bonus after 4 or 5 years of thinking it was broken. There is a lot of soap scum that I have to get rid of. What a bonus! The2 sinks drain super good. The price was reasonable and they stood by it. Of course, I mentioned on Angie the likely need to go on the roof into the vents which it could have taken me a long time to find anyone for that. Everything was left clean to an amazing extent. I do not know how to thank them enough for such a wonderful job. I highly recommend Empire Plumbers and the representative was respectful to an older lady."
