Located in downtown La Salle, Illinois, AMS 360 was originally established in 2003 as a sole proprietorship under the name Advanced Management Services (AMS) and was originally a “one man show” offering a variety of handyman, miscellaneous concierge, shuttle and property management services. Over time, the focus became more on minor repairs, construction, property and shuttle services so the company became Advanced Management Services of Illinois, LLC in 2015. Evolution and growth of the business led to marketplace confusion over the business name so after much discussion, in late 2018, the owners rebranded the company to AMS 360 Building Services, LLC (AMS 360) to better explain the services offered. The company decided to no longer offer transportation services and solely focus on the primary function of construction and property services. We’re a fully insured, licensed and bonded general contractor offering in-house and subcontracted property services and construction and remodeling services. All of our employees are skilled, background checked and drug screened and all subs are required to have their own insurance coverage to ensure an additional layer of protection for you. The thing I wasn't told was I have to pay for the time it takes for the tech to leave his house, go to the shop then come to my house then work on my problem. The technician Mike did a good job, 15 minutes and he was done. There are plenty of electricians out there I suggest finding a more honest company.
