"I am completely satisfied with the replacement of shingles and ridge roof vents Premier Roofing and Contracting installed. Thaddeus Biediger, owner of the company, described the quality shingles and materials his crew would use for the job. He explained the process and what to expect during installation. We reviewed everything and decided to use Owens Corning shingles. Luis and his crew completed the job in two days. We were impressed with their attention to detail. They were extremely knowledgeable and very skilled, as they removed the old shingles and materials installing the new ones. In addition, they were very conscientious and cleaned up the area as they worked. As they were finalizing things on the roof, several members of the crew was doing "what looked like a metal/magnet sweep on the yard." The end result of that is when they finished, the yard looked as it did when they arrived and I have not come across a single nail. It was refreshing to have a contractor demonstrate the care and concern they had for us. An added benefit of having the roof replaced and the ridge roof vents installed is that the attic is cooler. Premier Roofing and Contracting is very professional and did a fabulous job. I highly recommend them!"

"Jennifer responded immediately to schedule an estimate. Michael provided a detailed quote and answered all of my questions. After selecting M&J Home Improvement of SA, Michael coordinated with me to schedule the repairs and provided all information I needed for my prior approval from my homeowner’s association. Michael and his crew was on time, prepped the entire interior and exterior, performed the work perfectly, and cleaned the work are every day. The work included repairing studs and header beam that had rotted. To complete, they needed to remove interior drywall, insulation, a large window, and replace the studs and beams. They then removed the damaged exterior stucco and replaced. The project took about 8 work days to complete and looks better than new. We also had ceiling and drywall damage in our garage following a summer monsoon that was also repaired at the same time. M & J did such an amazing job that we will be using them for a kitchen and master bath remodel as well as to repair exterior French doors that were improperly installed by the previous owners."

"Paul was very quick to respond to my inquiry.  He was also very quick to come to our home to inspect the work needed.  He was then quick to respond with a quote.  We were very pleased with the price.  He and his staff were very prompt and professional  - both for the estimate visit and the actual work day.  They were very focused on their work and were very thorough. After I inspected the very long list of items, I found a few more areas that Paul was willing to add on that same day.  He installed the trim around the french door, which required special work with the beam issue.  He also caulked the door so it was ready for us to paint. Finally, they were very courteous in clean up.

We are now considering to use Paul for future painting needs.
