"It was great. We had a time crunch due to distance and discovered we needed a custom size shower pan. Ned figured it out and took care of it. No delays and the value/price was there too. Highly recommend!"

"Carlos from Harts came out to do an estimate on a bath remodel. Set a new tub, faucet, shower head and supply lines. Also, replace an outdoor faucet. However he took the time to go though the entire home's plumbing system! Including the crawl space. Pointed out condition issues, possible issues that may come up later. I have a much better understanding of the home's plumbing system!! He answered questions and was professional, excellent experience!!"

"We had a very old faucet and it was leaking. He had to cut pipes and other repairs. He was very friendly and professional. Everything went well and working great. Thank you!"

"Repaired and painted pillars on front porch. Great job!"

"When we had a disconnected duct under our house replaced and re-connected the service people smelled natural gas. They quickly determined that it was a rusty gas pipe that became rusty due to a leaky tub above that had been repaired several years earlier. The furnace people were completely booked for the next 15 days and recommended that we call Bob Larson Plumbing. They turned off the gas and left us with no heat or hot water. This was at 10:30am Calling Bob Larson Plumbing they responded immediately with a tech to be onsite between 2 and 4pm. Later they called back and was able to have a tech onsite by noon. Two techs arrived at noon, did a estimate, went to the store to by a needed 12 foot pipe, did the repair and we were back in heat and hot water by 4pm. We were most pleased by the quick response, professionalism, and thoroughness of the job. They really know their business and we are most pleased."

"My project was to install a replacement kitchen faucet and repair a leak under the sink. Nick provided courteous service and was able to stick to the estimate. His work was solid and he was able to answer all of my questions. I intend to use this company for future plumbing projects."

"Highly recommend! Scott came out and installed a new whole-house water filter for us and we couldn't be happier with it. We also had our water heater replaced. Both were done quickly and for a fair price. Will definitely use again in the future"
