"I called Ben Franklin at noon on Saturday, and scheduled me for service first thing Sunday morning, but put me on a list if a repairman was available later on Saturday. At 4pm on Saturday I received a call that a repairman (Michael) could come. He arrived in ten minutes. Took a look at the water heater, and after several attempts was able to get the pilot light on.
