"The technician was very helpful in describing what the problems were (ON/OFF dial attachment broken off and clogged water level indicator). The fix for the clog was simple/cheap/quick but the broken dial required a new front panel which required an order and revisit. Still worth the cost of the fix and much cheaper than a new dryer.

The first solution he thought would work didn't, but then he was at the ready, ordering the correct parts as quickly as possible (My oven is older and harder to get parts for on the fly) and even offering to cover the costs of the first round of parts since they weren't the correct solution.
