Then he presented us with all of the details and photographs of his inspection. He spent an hour answering all of our questions and then presented us with our options for our sagging floors and foundation structural repair. His expertise was invaluable. The installation crew, Joe and Stephen, were prompt, courteous and very professional. Joe, called and texted us to let us know that they were arriving soon. Upon arrival, he posted the work permit and then discussed, in detail, including pictures, what they were about to do. After installing the steel beams and IntelliJack support system, our sagging floors and baseboards were returned to normal.
