Jamie, the shop foreman told me that I did have a problem with the roof, and he tried to get me information. He never came through. So, Im left stuck. "

"We just went thru a hurricane and damage is widespread in our area. Marshall Roofing-Ben contacted us very quickly and scheduled a time to inspect our damaged roof. He came over, inspected our roof and got us an estimate w/ in a hour or so. He said he could schedule us in a week or two. He arrived as promised, with his father- also Ben- and they had the damage repaired in one day. They both came back the next day to clean and seal our whole roof. They did a great job with the repair and the roof looks great after they applied the sealant. They are very professional, personable, and hard working. In August 2024, the leak recurred and their crew discovered rotted wood and mold. A storm also blew off several shingles. I reported the issues and followed up consistently. After months of no response, I sent a certified demand letter in December 2024. No reply. As of January 2026, Worthmann has gone completely silent. No repairs, no timeline, no accountability. I?ve filed formal complaints with regulatory agencies. Disappointing performance from a company that promises to stand behind their work."
