"Our A/C suddenly stopped working. We called several companies for inspection and replace/repair estimation. Luke responded the quickest. He came checked the old unit both inside and outside and found the issue very quickly and explained it to me very clearly. I asked for paying the inspection/estimation fee because several companies that I called do charge for it and I forgot if SemperFi was one of them. Luke told me that they never charge for it. Later that day Luke send me an estimate of both repair and replacement costs. I told him that I need to get a couple of more estimates to decide and he was totally cool with that. After checking with other two companies and it turned out that Luke's estimate is the lowest. So I confirmed with him the next day. He started working on it right away. The weather was still very hot during that week and they got it replaced in the same day! His assistant, Reese, was very professional as well. They worked from 11am till 5pm to get it done. We were very delightfully surprised!! Especially my wife, she was expecting to endure the no-AC situation for a week! Luke also accommodated our request for using a thermostat that we ordered from Amazon. He actually came another day to have it installed because the delivery delay. Overall, we're extremely satisfied with SemperFi, with the owner Luke, and his assistant Reese. We would highly recommend without any hesitation to any of our friends and neighbors to use their services."

"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

"He is a perfectionist. He will not do a rush/half job on anything. He ran wiring for me and installed a microwave above my oven. He even had to cut the cabinet to make room for the microwave and adjust the exhaust vent pipe that was going up in to my crawl space."

"JR gave me a price for removing the one tree. When I asked whether he would be willing to trim other trees, he readily agreed but suggested an hourly rate. I pointed out limbs I wanted trimmed and JR removed them as requested. He did a great job and was very accommodating. He remained aware of the hourly rate and worked quickly and efficiently, even commenting to his helper at one point, "Let's move it. She's paying us by the hour". "I chose this company based on their presence on Angie's list.  They were prompt in answering the service call and coming to my house to provide an estimate for needed work.  We experienced a leak in mour airconditioning unit, which is located in the attic.  A leak developed and a substantial amount of water had begun overflowing into the ceiling and a wall.  The ceiling drywall began to swell and discolor, but finally gave in given - ultimately falling to the floor of the bedroom directly beneath the air conditioning unit.  Holland Homes determined the unit had been poorly placed and that the flex duct also had not been properly attached.  They served as a dual provider in that they were able to repair the issue with the air conditioning unit, as well as repair the sheetrock damage in serveral different places.   <br /> My only issue was that I incurred unexpected charges because their office was in Alabama and I live in Midland Georgia.  The transaction was based a "cost plus" arrangement and there was no mention of the additional fee.  With this said, I would recommend Holland Homes LLC modify their business practice such that they either <br />   1.  increase the percentage associated with "cost plus" arrangement, and/or  <br />   2.  assess a one time fee for the excessive mileage <br /> Again, my experience was exceptional overall. <br />"

"They're great. They have this amazing service there. They have a shuttle service. They'll get one of their guys to drive you down to the mall or to a restaurant for free. They'll take you and drop you off and then when they're ready they'll call and say, "We're done. We're on our way" and you're like, "Okay". Or if you're sick and tired of waiting like 45 minutes or an hour, you could call them and somebody can pick you up and you can sit at the store and wait; I love it. They did do something that I wasn't happy with one time. That has been about a year ago. I'm still frustrated about that. But besides that, usually their service is just on the money. They'll wash one of my SUVs for $25 or something and still take me wherever I want to go. That's outside and inside. On my small cars and convertibles they only charge me $20. I've been going to them for at least six years. The workers are fantastic. I think that's where they get their monies worth. The workers do a good job and are very personable."
