"The owner came by our house to review our needs and give an estimate.  We discussed what we wanted, and received an estimate within days.  It took eight or nine weeks for the work to begin, but I was informed that there would be a delay as they were very busy at the time. <br /> The products arrived as ordered, and the service crew arrived as arranged.  The work was performed quickly, and when I noticed a few minor problems, they were fixed by the crew.  I was impressed with the quality of wood-work they provided to match top moulding and threshold transitions. <br /> My only real complaints are that the price was quite high, and I wasn't really guided through the purchasing process.  I feel like we may have been over-sold on the quality of interior doors we needed, though under-sold on the "extras".  If frosted or tempered panes would have been offered for the double-doors, I would have certainly upgraded.  And if a screen door for the sliding door would have been mentioned, I would have taken that as well.  But at the end of the day, I got specifically what I asked for--maybe a little more with the wood-work, but certainly not less. <br /> Quality work, but I will be looking around elsewhere next time.  Or certainly have pre-determined exactly what I want before I contact--as I don't anticipate that upgrades or alternate ideas will be pitched. <br />"

He did the internet search for us to show the different choices for bathroom designs and he shopped around with us for the material. He would explain in detail about the different choices. He is a very happy guy always coming in with big smile. Bobby is also extremely thoughtful. His team worked very hard and always cleaned everywhere after the work each day.
