He checked the outdoor unit and evaporator coil and determined the leak was coming from the evaporator coil. He was able to get it replaced the next morning. "Found Jim on Angie's list and contacted him via email link on Angie's list on Sunday night at 9:00 pm. To my surprise, as soon as I sent the request to him he called me in 10 minutes. Totally awesome. He told me that I might want to tighten the bolt under the handle and how to do it to see if that would fix my issue. The next day after moving a stackable washer/dryer to reach the valve, the tightening of the bolt did not work but I could see where the valve was leaking and snapped a photo via cell and emailed via the cell phone to Jim. This was labor day, the next morning Jim called me to set an appointment to come to my home to replace the valve for 5:00 due to previous job before me. At the time of the appointment I got a call from Jim that he was going to be 30 minutes late and would that be okay, or he would come out the very next day. I opted for the late appointment.
