One thing about Dennis is that he ALWAYS responds quickly. He always answers phone, if I send an inquiry at an odd time at night, he calls us back in the next morning right away. He has a sense of urgency in a good way. Their work is also top notch. Never had to call them for any issues regarding their work. There has been no issue with the heater. The maintenance is just to flush out any scale build up as our area tends to have hard water. Eitherway, I will not hesitate to call USA Water Heaters again."

Iâ ve always wanted to go tankless, so after many hours of research and finding reputable local plumbers in my area, I reached out to the Water Heater Company to analyze my current situation and come up with a replacement solution. "Water heater went out on a Sunday and called Bill Metzger Plumbing around 6:30 expecting to leave a message. Surprisingly Bill answered the phone, I explained the problem and said he would send a technician out Monday morning. It appeared to be the gas valve. The water heater was 10 years old. Got 2 options, replace the entire water heater or just the gas valve. The water heater replacement was about $3000 and the gas valve about $700. No high pressure to replace the water heater. Decided the replace the gas valve after talking with the technician and Bill. Technician came out Tuesday morning and replaced the gas valve. Now plenty of hot water. The final invoice was $ 200 less than the estimate. Victor the technician was very professional. Knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend Bill Metzger plumbing for all you plumbing needs"
