"You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"Dealing with them was fine until it came down to delivery time. I was told they were coming in in less than 4 weeks after ordering. I met with them one last time to finalize my order, tell them my trim paint brand and color, and give them the deposit. That was on Thursday, Nov. 9. I thought they would be ordered then and arrive early December. Little did I know that they were going to send me a sample piece of wood with my paint color on it for me to approve. I received it on 12/14, and my husband scanned the form that I signed and emailed it to them on 12/15. So that was almost a week wasted right there. Their email wasn’t clear if the first letter of the person’s name was a small l or a capital i. He chose one and sent it. He didn’t get a message saying the email didn’t go through, so he assumed it did. Over a week later I got a call saying that they never received my response. So that was 2 weeks wasted! My shutters were not installed until Tuesday, Dec. 19, just 6 days before Christmas. Needless to say I was in panic mode worrying whether or not I would have them installed for Christmas. So be forewarned when they tell you less than 4 weeks, it will actually be more like 6 weeks."
