"Devin Nasvaderani and his crew at Marvel Homes transformed a 1950s-era galley kitchen into an inviting and open kitchen/dining room. The project had many parts and space was limited, but it was finished on time and on budget thanks to the crew's competence, creativity and attention to detail. Devin managed to conceal a waste water pipe against a wall with some judicious cutting of a cabinet and tweaking of the tile back splash, he turned a living room closet on the other side of a kitchen wall into a pantry, and rerouted air vents that had  been inside the wall that separated the kitchen from the dining room. He worked with vendors including Cabinet Discounters, ABW appliances, Mosaic Tile and ABKA Marble & Granite to ensure the project stayed on track. And he dealt swiftly with glitches, replacing a dinged sink and a scratched drawer front.. A job well done."

"I had them do a large master bathroom, with everything replaced. They tore up all the tile, including the tile around the soaking tub (it was tiled around the lip of the tub, so elevated). The home builder installed the base cabinets before floor tiling was done, so that part of the floor (as well as the tub area) had to get elevated to the same floor level height and had to have concrete poured to match. The floor had heating installed under the tile. I had the shower wall next to the cabinets cut down to open up the shower. Tiling was perfect throughout, including grout. The drywall installed was also perfect. We had large medicine cabinets installed (formerly, a large mirror), cherry base cabinets, granite, and vessel sinks. The shower glass and granite were installed by other companies. They painted the ceiling; I painted the walls and made the stained glass windows. Lighting, toilet, shower, tub and sink faucets were installed. I would definitely hire them again!"

"Russell and his crew at Total Renovating did a superb job adding a new full bath and laundry room to our basement. In addition, they replaced our existing flooring with Laminate Vinyl Plank (LVP) throughout our house. As new homeowners of our 20+-year-old home, this was our first big renovation project, and we were nervous. But Russell and Tyron came through from day one. They offered a detailed design session, a thorough walkthrough of what the work would entail, consistent communication on change requests and questions, and prompt remediation of any issues that arose. Also included in this fantastic team are some very hardworking contractors/renovators who arrived on time and accommodated our schedule (we have a one-year-old) but also went the extra mile to work Saturdays to meet our project's timeline. "The best way for me to sum up my experience with Wells & Wells is simply. You are doing business with just genuinely good people. They take pride in their work, and their customer interactions. Our deck was destroyed by falling trees during the snowstorm in January. We had a regular wood deck and we thought the damage was extensive. After many contractors Wells was the only one that came by and provided an honest assessment. They didnâ t cut corners for cost purposes, they were just honest and real about what needed to be repaired. The not only repaired our deck, they almost completely rebuilt it. For all intents and purposes we now have a new deck. We were able to upgrade from wood to Trex (due to the current cost of lumber). The folks at Wells even told us about the cost differences in wood and Trex and provided professional advice in helping us upgrade. They never tried to price gouge us, they never took advantage. They arrived everyday on time and completed the work on schedule. Throughout the project they would check in to ask how I felt about their work as the project progressed, and they walked me through once it was completed. My wife and I were so impressed with their work that we will be contracting with them from other future projects to improve our home. Itâ s just great to know companies like this are still around."

"Most pleased. Would definitely hire again. Needed carpenter to build a footbridge using repurposed wood, install insect screen under raised screen-in porch, install oak handrails, fix the threshold to our front door, and add shoe molding in basement. JW (owner) was pleasant, professional, and thorough when he came out to give an estimate. He listened to what we wanted done and suggested ways to make it work. Scheduling was a breeze. A team of two came out to complete our projects. Of course temperatures were in the 90s, but they worked nonstop. Pedro (crew chief) built our footbridge based only on description. The results were amazing. It's sturdy, attractive, and durable. Kudos for great work. Other projects were completed within the timeframe with Kevin working on the screen and railings with assistance from Pedro. The crew was timely, professional, courteous. They cleaned up at the end of each day. All work was completed within 4 days. There was only a minor issue with the oak hand rails (needed additional sanding) -- which was remedied quickly after review of the project manager, Bob. JW was a tad more expensive that other bids, but in the end, well worth the price. Glad we went with them."
