We had a major water issue that soaked the carpet in the master bedroom and Ari was quick to assure us they would replace the flooring in the bedroom. Any issues they encountered were taken care of with no additional cost over what we were quoted up front. Cabinets and countertops are GORGEOUS! Very, very pleased with the custom pantry they had built for my kitchen! Our only negative was the language issue as most of the crew didn't speak English. "James and his crew were able to take care of all of my requests or sub contracted with those who could. They replace my outside decking and stairs with Trex. I had them back to refinish my frontroom hardwoods and replace my front stairway with hardwood for which they hired excellent sub contractors. They designed and installed a bannister on this stairway. They replaced two ceilings with shiplap. They remodeled my upstairs bathroom sub contracting out the tile, plumbing and wiring. The sub contractors were excellent. as well. James helped me visualize what I wanted done in my home and then made it happen. I can't say enough good things about James and his Crew."
