Stephan and his partner did the reconstruction work and installed tile in two rooms, removed, replaced and disposed of a moldy cabinet, removed and replaced the baseboard trim and patched and fixed 4 big holes in my walls. They came early and on time each day, carefully cleared all the furniture from the rooms, clean after they were done and disposed of all construction waste daily. They worked fast and were curteous and considerate of our needs. They also returned all furniture back to it's original place before finishing the job and basically took care of everything we needed for a fair price. I'm having a baby in two weeks and time was of the essence. Fl Construction worked hard and managed to return my house to normal conditions in less than a week. Daniel the contractor kept me informed on the work scheduling and handled bumps along the way like switching the round pop-up outlets to square ones when the demolition revealed unexpected clearance issues. They were very accommodating to reusing my existing appliances and saving some of the fixtures that I wanted for my laundry room. My kitchen looks awesome and the gain in functionality is a massive improvement from my original layout."
