Ben Franklin wanted to charge me 29.95 for a quote on Monday. The other company did it over the phone in 15 min for free on Saturday. We have videos and cameras on our phones. Use technology to improve processing where possible. I didn't use them so I cannot speak to anything else."

My original installer quoted an outrageous amount so I went looking for a new Solar company. 3D Solar was recommended by a reputable solar consultant. I spoke with David Ringo at length and we had a great conversation about many topics as well as solar. The crews were on time, professional and conscientious and super nice. David's quote was less than half the price even when I told him what my original installer was about to charge and very reasonable considering the amount of work involved. The reinstallation was very good, even better than the original install by another company. They used updated mounting hardware and did a tidy job with cable management. 3D Solar sent out crews right away to sort out a small technical issue with the inverter that became apparent after installation. They were able to diagnose and correct the issue. I am particularly impressed with the fast and effective follow up service. I am pleased to recommend 3D Solar for installation or maintenance of solar systems."

Richie was on-time when he came out to give us an estimate.  He was prepared and climbed on the roof so he could measure and give us an accurate estimate on the cost (we had 2 other companies give us estimates and neither took the time to go up and evaluate what needed to be done - based on Richie's measurements, both would have attempted to install the wrong sized roof panels due to our homes roof size).  The day of installation, Richie and his helper arrived on time and immediately started to work.  They did an EXCELLENT job installing the solar pool system.  Unfortunately (for Richie), the chlorinator was broken by his helper.  Richie immediately got in the truck and went and bought a brand new one & installed it - NO CHARGE TO US.

A Great company - we are completely satisfied with workmanship, price and timely installation.

"He did a good job installing the weather striping around the doors.  One door wasn't in the frame correctly and he fixed that.
They sent someone by to check on his work.  That guy talked to us about the air tightness of our home, which is great.  He kept trying to find something wrong.  It is a newer home.  He mentioned we should put energy film on one window.  I looked the film up online and found it at Home Depot.  He told us that they had to do it because "if one speck of dust is on the film" it will compromise the integrity.  One speck of dust? This isn't an ER or clean room.  He was really pushing to try and sell something else.
Because of the salesman that came 'to make sure the door work was correct' is why we won't use this company again.
