"I called Top Tec Oct 4 to check my existing water heater. Steve came out and looked it over and gave me the bad news. My 9 year old water heater was shot. "It took a few days longer to complete the installation because a special part had to be ordered. The plumbers did a nice job of figuring out a temporary work-around so that we did not have to go for three days without hot water. They are friendly, courteous, professional and left the utility room cleaner than they found it. Just like the Boy Scouts."
